My Turtles

Hi, I was wondering if there are any pet turtle species that stay pretty small (like under 6 inches). Aquatic or not, it doesn’t matter. And how do I care for these kinds of turtles? What size of a tank can they be in (can it be 10 gallon?) . Thanks soo much!

as of now I feed my two res inside their tank but am thinking about feeding them outside of their tank maybe filling up a tub with water and feeding them in their so the tank wont get as dirty so quickly…but does it really make a difference? and will they eat if it’s a new environment?

I want to get a pet turtle but i don’t know which one to get. My friend had a small pet turtle that stayed small forever but i dont know what kind it was.

My daughter has had a Slider Turtle for 3 years now. She asked me if she took it to a pet store would they pay her for it. I don’t have an answer so I was hoping that someone would know and be able to assist me. Thank you in advance for your help.

I have an res turtle and i want to get a northern map. I was wondering if anything I need to do is different to setup its tank and take care of it.

During this winter,my small turtle pet started to seem to hibernate.She is like always asleep,doesn’t want to eat,and come out of her little home.I know she is alive though.Thanks

I have 2 pet turtles. The small one is not eating. It has some white stuff coming out of its shell from the leg and arm holes. Do turtles shed skin? Does it have fungus or is it just shedding its skin? It used to be hyperactive but now it is sleepy and dull.

I want to get a turtle or two and I have no idea where to start……

ive been wanting a pet turtle but it cant find one that will only get to 10 inches and doesnt require a HUGE home
