What temperature should my aquarium be for my baby red eared slider turtles?

I recently bought two baby red eared slider turtles and the temp is 78… I’m just wondering if its warm enough.

    According to a care sheet I found, the water temp for juveniles should be 78 to 80 degrees.
    You also need to make sure they have a basking area in the high 80’s to low 90’s and an ambient air temperature of 70’s to 80’s.
