I syphon out my turtles water to clean his tank but what do I do with the water that was in there? Where do I put it since they carry diseases… should I throw it outside or put it down my drain?

I put mine in the toilet. I don’t really want any of that water anywhere near a sink that I might either brush my teeth in or wash dishes in.
I water my tropical plants with it.
you can water outdoor plants with it, the turtle waste is actually very good fertilizer, I would not put it on any crop you intend to eat – as you pointed out, they can carry disease.
oh its ok to put down the toilet or drain .
Its not harmful to plants and dirt and stuff your OK!
I usually water my plants with my old dirty water.
Definitely toilet! You don’t want the water in your kitchen sink..where dishes may be, you dont want the water in your bathtub. Or you could dump it outside, but if you have outdoor pets (especially a dog)…you don’t want to do that because they would probably roll in it.
water the plants or dump it down the toilet, we do that w/ fishtank water.
flush it if u put it down ur sink then the smell will get worse and u could get the diease by pouring it down ur drain
Throw it outside…or down the drain, if you throw it down the drain then you must clean it (the tub or sink) you can get Salmonella if you dont clean the area well after disposing turtle water down a drain. Use cleanser and a srubbie or a rag and throw it away when you are done. Hope this helps!!
just flush it down the toilet i think **** would be a lot worse.
I flush it down the toilet then clean my toilet thoroughly after wards.
