		<description>It all depends on your version.  I think &#039;tortoise&#039; and the hare is probably the more accurate title, since turtles are generally aquatic, and can swim quite fast.  Tortoises live on dry land, and are pretty slow.  They cannot run; running involves having all feet off the ground at some point in the gait, and this is not possible for a tortoise; they can only walk at different speeds.</description>
