Should i feed my turtles in a different tank?

I feed my turtles in there usual everyday tank but ive heard its better to feed them in a seprate tank because the food makes the tank dirty. So i guess im going to get a little thing i can feed them in. Is that a good idea?

    i actually fill a bucket up with water every night then i let my turtle eat as much as he can in a time span of a hour then i just dump the dirty water down the drain its worked perfectly the past three years

    You don’t need to go out and buy another tank, turtles can go in and out of water, so it wont bother them to be out for a little while.

    Just get an empty ice cream container or a large bucket to feed them in.

    If they fret being out of the water and wont eat, just put about an inch or two of water in the bottom.

    no because then it’ll be twice the work in cleaning i would let them eat in the same tank they sleep in like i do and it’ll be easier if you have a filter it helps me a lot.
