how can i tell the difference between male and female turtles?

I have an aquarium with 21 baby turtles. i dont know how to tell the diffene between them. i have 2 mississippi maps one has like a ring around the eyes and the other doesnt. help please :)

    You can’t *** baby turtles. Not safely, anyway. Wait a few years.
