I’ve heard that turtles migrate around the world, but why do they cross the ocean and how long does it take them to get where they’re going? Is there any research being done to find this out?

I have an obsession with sea turtles. I would LOVE to work with them. But, I’m not entirely sure I’m cut out for whatever courses I would need to take, and I would like to do more research on appropriate degree programs.

The book we are reading discusses how Sea Turtles “cry” to clear the salt from their eyes.
I will be allowing my students to pick the best answer Monday in class. Please keep them coming. Thank you!
