asked:

I want to get a turtle as a first pet when I move into my first apartment, but I have heard that they smell awful. Which turtles, if any, don’t smell terrible. I’m also not opposed to having a turtle that swims and needs water and all that jazz.
Also if you know, what do turtles eat? Pellets?

Sreym T asked:

I am living in a condo & i have to move out pretty soon, so i have to release my pet (Red Eared Slider) turtle somewhere so i think of releasing it in the pond near my condo since it got many turtles & all of them are RES. As i put my turtle in the pond one of them bite at my turtle’s neck & since other turtles were coming in i have to take my pet out of the pond immediately. I don’t know why the pond turtle bit my pet but the local pet shop says it has to do with me cleaning off the slime coating off my turtle’s shell with a brush.

I don’t know whether that makes sense or not but please i need a solution to prevent this from happening.
