Well usually turtles will eat anything put with them, snails, crabs, fish whatever regardless of size. If you treasure the fish, get another tank for the turtles.

However, those turtles from China Town come from cruel conditions and are sometimes illegally sold. Turtles require ten gallons per inch of shell and need a water heater, filter, dock, two light fixtures, a 5.0 UVB bulb, and a heat bulb. But what concerns me the most is that they are in a fish tank which means you have gravel in there. Turtles will eat gravel and die and also it'll make your tank disgusting. Turtles need a filter 3x the size of the tank so really you probably don't have the correct needs down and need to evaluate their situation.

This is an ok setup..see the submersible heater (visitherm stealth), huge filter, and dock with bare bottom=

Turtles aren't a touching pet nor something that is easy to take care of. They need hours of maintenance and hundreds of dollars.

As long as the fish/frogs aren't too small, they should be okay. If they are small enough for the turtle to eat, or if the turtle keeps snapping at them, they should be separated.
