Just a small question, but do people hold their pet turtles a lot and let them go out of its tank? Are there any restrictions of where the turtle can go to when it is outside its tank?
I want two turtles that are quite young and are playful, gentle, happy and not scared. Also pls tell me info on how to look after that kind of turtle.
I have a 60 gallon pod that is 1 foot deep and wanted to put in a small turtle. Right now, I have 4 sarasa comet goldfish and an algae cleaner in it. I wanted a turtle that spends most of its time in the water but still comes on land ever now and then. The most it could be is 7 inches (carapace).
