can pet turtles live in deep tanks?
And can they live with fishes too?

I’ve had a pet turtle for about 5 years. I’ve always heard about the warnings of being careful about salmonella and always wash my hands, etc.
But is the main risk with new turtles that could already be infected with salmonella, or can any turtle or reptile just “catch” the bacteria (I think it’s a bacteria…whatever it is)?
If I knew for sure that my turtle didn’t have salmonella, is there still a risk of it developing it at anytime? Thank you.

I SEEN They had turtles at this pet store and i have the funds to buy it. My friend clif said im on drugs if i buy that turtle since its more of a thing you do when youre in grade 3 or something. I thought it would be pretty kewl to get a turtle still. AM I too old to have a pet turtle?

Can some one suggest me where in Bangalore,India can i get the turtles.What kind of environment should i provide to have them with me.

My turtles wont eat their salad or these new krill i got them and i havent acually seen them eating any of the food capsule thingies for the last half a year or so yet they still look healthy and swim a lot.

also, they dont bask in their heater-light-thing at all they just sit in the water.

whats goin on?
