I have 3 medium sized aquatic turtles that I am taking with me from AZ to NC. We are driving, and I was wondering what we should put them in? I also wanted to know if that long of a trip is going to bother their health? I really don’t want to leave them behind, so any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I can guess that turtles are a symbol since its use is very present but why is it a symbol? What is the story behind them?

They already eat from my hands,but I want them to crawl into my hands .They are baby turtles.

Well I was thinking about buying a turtle. I was going to put him in a 100 gallon tank with a large fish (about 10 inches). I would have the tank about 3/4 of the way full with a basking platform and a light. I was thinking a musk turtle would be the best turtle for me because they stay small. Would the musk turtle hurt my oscar, or try to eat him? How fast do musk turtles grow? Do captive bred turtles bite or secrete the bad smelling liquid from its skin? Thanks!
